We have just launched our new cocktail menu with a brand NEW SUSTAINABLE page that includes four tasty cocktails made with sustainable products and garnishes.
The drive behind our vision of being as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible fundamentally stems from our staff, as a group of individuals who feel strongly about helping the environment, we realised that collectively as a business we could really help make a change.
We wanted to help do our part and fulfil our responsibility to help look after our planet, but more than that, we wanted to pioneer a real focus on sustainability throughout our industry. We wanted to inspire other venues and businesses to become more sustainable and help create a positive wave of change throughout hospitality.
As a team, we work hard to be more sustainably-minded in day-to-day work. From limiting our use of perishable garnishes and using them as effectively as possible by using every part and recycling, as well as dehydrating fruit to limit waste. We also use the leftovers to create homemade cordials and syrups.
We have a real focus on using local, sustainable products and brands such as Nadar from Arbikie’s (the world’s first climate-positive gin), Flor de Cana rum (certified carbon neutral and fairtrade) and Discarded among others. It is thanks to these brands that we are able to offer a tasty selection of eco-conscious drinks for you to enjoy!
We even teamed up with Flor De Cana's One Tree Planted programme where a portion of every 'Nutter Butter' cocktail sold will contribute to planting our Scotch & Rye forest in Nicaragua.
