At Prime, we love working with local seasonal ingredients, therefore we change our menu at least twice a year to reflect the new produce that’s available.
As the Highland Spring begins to set in, our chefs have been busy designing a new menu to showcase the very best of seasonal produce, and add a little bit of freshness to our menu. As a result, our head-chef Kevin has created some incredible dishes featuring scallops, venison, local goats’ cheese and much much more, which have all been sourced from around the Highlands and Islands.
We look forward to welcoming carnivores and herbivores alike over the spring and summer to enjoy a delicious meal.
