Preface

It is unforunate that we live in an age where real, common sense people make way AI and automated processes.  Dealing with this can take up a hige amount of time for a small organisation, and as such we feel that we need to protect ourselves from the relentless incompetence some organisations choose to display. As a result if you are a corporate or commercial organisation who wish to deal with us, or any of our subsidiary businesses, and haven't signed an agreement or contract, then the following terms are deemed accepted.

 

Schedule of charges

If correspondence relating to matters which we are not responsible for are received from an organisation, then Cru Holdings Ltd, its subsidiaries and its agents reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover time spent in dealing with said correspondence.

Our schedule of charges are: £150 per email replied to; £50 per phone call received or made (relating to said matter) plus an hourly rate of £125 (pro-rated) for time spent on the call. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes any waiting time or time spent on hold. These rates are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Your continuance to correspond in these matters will be taken as your agreement with these terms.

 

Legal Statement

You agree that the Courts of Scotlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from any interaction with us, and that these terms supercede any of your own.
