Bethany’s drink is named the ‘Njord’s Fury’

Created with Raasay gin, blue & Lillet blanc with lemon, elderflower, charcoal & egg whites.
Symbolising the prehistoric devastating Tsunami that submerged Doggerland and caused the formation of many of Scotlands Western Isles and set Britain away from the rest of mainland Europe.
