Bar One turned 11 this month and what a year we’ve had already!  Whilst we may not have been able to have our usual celebrations, we still consider ourselves very lucky to have our doors open and serving our wonderful customers for an 11th year.  Since we first opened in 2009 our incredible team have gained worldwide notoriety for their cocktail creations. Our talented mixologists work tirelessly to deliver you the most up-to-date and trendsetting cocktails they possibly can and genuinely love their work. One loyal customer is such a fan she’s written this fantastic poem to help us celebrate our 11th year…

How do we top our 10th birthday year
Little did we think we’d lose our cocktails and beers
Shakers and pumps put on furlough
Gathering with friends for drinks a no go
Restocking the bar, the bottles out the stores
Hurrah we all cried when we re-opened the doors
Things may be different, but we always promise fun
As Bar One turns 11, let’s celebrate, everyone’s welcome
