Everything’s bigger in the good ol’ US of A.
So if you’ve got a hankering for a supersized new career opportunity, why not join us at the Highland’s very own little slice of Americana, Scotch & Rye, as our brand new Supervisor?
Bottomless wings and good old-fashioned comfort food. Craft beers and vintage cocktails. Illicit speakeasies and great big smiles. Those are the things that get us excited. And if they make you feel the same, then you might just be the missing piece of our puzzle.
If successful, you’ll be supporting the general and assistant managers in the day-to-day running of the busy restaurant/bar. We’re looking for a people person; someone who gets on well with a team but isn’t afraid to take charge, and lives to provide great customer service.
Cru Holdings has been leading the charge in exceptional hospitality experiences since 2009. We continue to invest and innovate in our venues and our people – even during the recent pandemic – to ensure every customer has an unforgettable visit.
With six incredible venues across the Highlands and over 100 staff throughout the region, we’re looking for the right person to join our team. We need people with the personality, ambition, and commitment to allow us to continue to develop and grow our business.
We recently became an accreted Living Wage Employer, thanks to our commitment to fair pay and great working conditions. Positions with Cru Holdings don’t come up very often, so what are you waiting for?
We love to celebrate our team’s efforts and achievements. We offer quarterly thank-you bonuses, events, and a swanky black tie staff awards do every year. It’s important to us that each and every one of our hard-working team feels valued and respected.
We want to turn the world of hospitality on its head. Work-life balance, mental health support, learning and qualification opportunities, on-the-job mentoring… they’re all a core part of what we do.
Interested? We need all applicants to have…
I enjoy working for Cru holdings and seeing their true professionalism. You meet so many new people, make friends, learn teamwork skills, how to work and deal with pressure after some crazy busy nights, you learn patience. It's not just serving food or drinks - this job teaches you some valuable lessons too! It’s great working alongside a team that feels like family!
I was a commis chef and now I am a sous chef. Very happy to be given a chance at Prime and it’s something I love. Although the company and staff numbers are growing, I still feel very appreciated by everyone. Overall a great job and still have time after work for my family.
I started my journey with CRU back in 2013 (I know I don’t look old enough right?!) and worked my way up into a GM role. I’ve managed to travel to several countries around the world during our manager retreats and have gained a wealth of knowledge and great friends within Cru Holdings. I can’t wait to see what the future holds here.
