If successful, you’ll be a stickler for detail and take pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. We expect our kitchen assistants to be able to work well both unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and innovate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking deliveries and prep work – ensuring our ingredients are fresh and ready for action
• Working in all sections of the kitchen – including kitchen portering responsibilities
• Participation in in-house and external training to ensure you and the team are at the top of your game.
