If you answered d) then you’re in luck! We’re looking for a Chef De Partie to join our award-winning team at The Classroom in Nairn.
Nestled in the heart of the vibrant town of Nairn, close to the beach and two championship golf courses, The Classroom enjoys both local and tourist trade.
Our star pupil will be a stickler for detail and take pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. We expect our chefs de partie to be able to work well both unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and innovate.

I was a commis chef and now I am a junior sous chef. Very happy to be given a chance at Prime and it’s something I love. Although the company and staff numbers are growing, I still feel very appreciated by everyone. Overall a great job and still have time after work for my family.
